abstract Process allowing either to successively prepare molded parts whose mechanical properties are different or to prepare a molded part whose mechanical properties vary anisotropically, based on organic polyisocyanates, compounds causing the trimerization of isocyanate groups, optionally compounds bearing groups reactive with isocyanate groups in a ratio of at least 1: 0.8 between the equivalents of isocyanate groups and the equivalents of groups reactive with isocyanate groups. These components are subjected to a polymerization reaction and, in the absence of compounds bearing groups reactive with isocyanate groups, to an addition reaction of isocyanates, simply by varying during operation the ratio between the equivalents of isocyanate groups and the equivalents of groups reactive with isocyanate groups in the range of 1: 0.8 to 1: 0.
