titleOfInvention | DETERGENT COMPOSITION CONTAINING ENZYMES FOR AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING |
abstract | The present invention relates to compositions for washing dishes in automatic machines. These compositions include: a. at least about 0.5% by weight of a nonionic surfactant; and B. an effective amount of a mixture of enzymes which comprises: 1. A proteolytic enzyme having a proteolytic activity of 80% to 100% of the maximum activity when measured at pH 12 according to the "Anson" hemoglobin method > carried out in the presence of urea; 2. An amylolytic enzyme, a mixture in which said enzymes are present in a ratio of from about 4: 1 to about 1: 4 by weight, the mixture of enzymes being present in said composition in an amount such that the final detergent composition has an amylolytic activity of at least 150 Kilo Novo units / kg and a proteolytic activity of at least 6.0 Anson units per kg. They are advantageously in the form of granules, paste or gel. Application: washing dishes in automatic machines. |
