titleOfInvention MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF A PRODUCT IN THE FORM OF A GEL
abstract Gels, esp. hand cleansers, are produced by mixing the components at a temp. at which they all dissolve, then rapidly cooling the soln. to form a non-opaque gel. Cooling is pref. carried out by adding ice, the water formed constituting part of the gel. Alternatively it is carried out by passing liquid N2 into the soln. Cooling need only be approx. 20 degrees C by must be rapid. The transparency of the gel makes it more attractive in appearance.
