abstract Granular activated peroxide bleaching agent contg. washing agents with good storage stability, esp. under alkaline conditions, comprises (a) an organic anionic, nonionic, ampholytic or zwitterionic surface active agent or mixt. of these; (b) a builder; (c) a peroxide bleaching agent and (d) a finely divided crystalline peroxide bleaching agent and (d) e.g. tetracetylethylenediamine with an average particle size of 1.8-0.5 mm, with an activity loss of 45-5 wt.%, after 60 mins at pH 9.7. The activators activate release of active O2 at relatively low washing temps. (e.g. room temp. to 60 degrees C) while remaining active for long periods of storage, even in the presence of optical bleaching agents.
