Pref. 2-oxopropyl desoxyvincaminate, 2-oxopropyl apovincaminate and their oxalates, and compsns. of (I) with ascorbic acid and its salts, and with the equimolar complexes of ascorbic acid with nicotinamide or with pyridoxine, have use in treating cardiocirculatory and cerebrovascular insufficiencies.
