They have anticoagulant effect and anticholesterolaemin effect, reducing considerably the deposn. of arterial lipids due to cholesterol. The compsns. are particularly useful in treating angina pectoris, myocardial infaret, pathological cerebral vascular conditions, arthritis in the lower limbs, diabetic retinopathy and micro-and microangiopathy. Pref. 125 mg (I) and 500 mg (II) are administered orally as tablets 1-4 times per day. |
