titleOfInvention Domestic water-filter bag - of water-permeable paper or fabric, filled with active carbon and or ion exchanger
abstract A water-permeable bag of paper, fabric or non-woven fleece, filled with active C and/or ion exchanger, is used as domestic filter, for removing undesirable tasting and/or odoriferous substances and for reducing degree of hardness of drinking water, esp. water having hardness 10 degrees German hardness, for coffee and tea making. The water-filled bag can be boiled. The bag is pref. mfd. as a one-way disposable bag. Optimum filtration effects in different drinking waters can be achieved by varying ratio of active C and ion exchanger.
