titleOfInvention Stable aq soln of lysine ribonucleate - by isolation of salt from soln at pH 6.4 - 6.6, partial concn then azeotropic dehydration
abstract Stable aq. solutions of lysine ribonucleate obtd. by adjusting the pH of the soln. to pH 6.4-6.6. (+/-)-, (+)- or (-)-lysine may be used. The salt is formed in aq. solns. opt. in presence of a solvent, at concns. of about 10%. The solution, opt. decolorized with charcoal, is partially concentrated at 30 degrees C and finally dehydrated azeotropically at 30 degrees C esp. using butan-2-one, butanol, isobutanol or their mixtures, opt. with benzene or toluene.
