titleOfInvention Oil cake purification - by microorganisms to remove toxic sulphur and release proteins
abstract The process of parent patent is extruded to cover treatment of other oil cakes than rape seed with bacteria, yeast or fungi pref. Geotrichum Candidium to remove S cpds. Usable cakes are peanuts turnsole, soya, sesame, castor, cotton, horse bean etc. Treating temp is 30-45 degrees C pref. 37-40 degrees C at pH 4-6.5. Solubilised proteins are recovered with aq.
