The process of parent patent is extruded to cover treatment of other oil cakes than rape seed with bacteria, yeast or fungi pref. Geotrichum Candidium to remove S cpds. Usable cakes are peanuts turnsole, soya, sesame, castor, cotton, horse bean etc. Treating temp is 30-45 degrees C pref. 37-40 degrees C at pH 4-6.5. Solubilised proteins are recovered with aq.
