abstract |
Hog's bristles are treated with HCl conc. (pref. 6 N) at 90-100 degrees C, and neutralised and purified hydrolysate having meat extract odour and taste can be processed to soup cubes or powders etc. Typical powder contains 45% NaCl and 55% H2O-soluble hydrolysates ctg. 17-amino-acids (cpsn. given). |
