PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING UREA DERIVATIVES, FROM FORMULA R1-Z-R2. IT INCLUDES THE REACTION OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I), WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA R2-Q2 TO OBTAIN THE REQUIRED COMPOUND OF FORMULA R1-Z-R2, IN WHICH Q1 AND Q2 REPRESENT AMINOISOCYANATE OR ISOTIOCYANATE, OR X IS OXYGEN. YR, R1, R2 AND Z CAN BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS. THE REACTION IS EFFECTED IN AN INERT SOLVENT, AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDING BETWEEN 0JC AND THE BOILING TEMPERATURE OF THE SOLVENT. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR ANTI-TUMOR ACTIVITY. |
