PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN 4-2-PIRIDO (2,3-D) PYRIMIDIN-6-ILALKYL-2BENZOIL DERIVATIVES OF L-GLUTAMIC ACID. IT INCLUDES: A) HYDROGENING A PYRID (2,3-D) PYRIMIDINE COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) WITH HYDROGEN AT A PRESSURE BETWEEN 3.5 AND 7 KG / CM, IN THE PRESENCE OF A CATALYST LIKE PALADIUM OXIDE AND DIOXANE; AND B) ELIMINATE THE PROTECTIVE GROUPS OF THE COMPOUND OF A), TO OBTAIN A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I). BEING: R1, AMINO OR HYDROXY; R3, H, METHYL OR ETHYL; R5 AND R6, CARBOXYL ACID PROTECTIVE GROUPS; AND R7, A PROTECTIVE GROUP OF AMINO. THEY ARE USED AS ANTINEOPLASTIC AGENTS. |
