PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I). IT INCLUDES THE REACTION OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) OR ONE OF ITS CHELATE-BF2 COMPOUNDS WITH AN AMINE OF FORMULA (III), TO FORM A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH X1 AND X2 ARE HALOGEN, AND R1 AND R3 REPRESENT C1-6 ALKYL. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN INERT ORGANIC SOLVENT, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN ACID ACCEPTOR, AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDING BETWEEN 70JC AND 150JC. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR ANTIMICROBIAL ACTIVITY. |
