THE PIGMENT IS CHOSEN AMONG VULGANXANTIN, BIXIN AND HORBIXIN; THE INORGANIC POLIVALENT CATION IS INTRODUCED INTO THE AQUEOUS ENVIRONMENT BY ADDING A SALT CHOSEN FROM CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM AND ZINC SALTS AND THE HYDROCOLOID IS SELECTED AMONG GELATINS, RUBBER AND CELLULOSE. THEY ARE USED AS COLORS. |
