THE POLYPHOSPHATE SALT IS CHOSEN FROM SODIUM TRIPOLYPHOSPHATE, SODIUM HEXAMETHOSPHATE AND MIXTURES OF THE SAME, AND THE SOURCE OF CALCIUM IS CHOSEN FROM CALCIUM CARBONATE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE AND OTHERS. IT IS USED IN HUMAN FOOD.
