PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ISOMERS FROM 3-ETHER DERIVATIVES OF 2-HYDROXY-PROPYLAMINE, FROM FORMULA (I). IT INCLUDES THE REACTION OF THE ISOMER S OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA R2R3CXY, IN CONDITIONS OF REDUCING ALKYLATION; FOLLOWED BY THE REDUCTION OF THE COMPOUND SO FORMED BY MEANS OF CATALYTIC HYDROGENATION, TO OBTAIN THE COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R2R3CH- IS ALKYL, AR REPRESENTS ARYL, R1 IS PHENYL OR SUSTOITABLE PHENYL, X IS HYDROYEN GROUP EPLAZABLE EPLAZABLE, X IS GROUP TOGETHER THEY ARE OXYGEN. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS AS ANTAGONISTS OF B-ADRENOCEPTORS. |
