PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING MONOBASIC DERIVATIVES OF DIISOBUTAMIDE, OF FORMULA (I) AND ITS PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE ACID ADDITION SALTS. INCLUDES THE REACTION OF A NITRILE OF FORMULA (II) WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (III), TO FORM A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R1 AND R2 ARE LOWER ALKYL AND X MAY BE ONE OF SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN INERT SOLVENT, IN THE PRESENCE OF SODIUM HYDRIDE, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR ANTIAARRYTHMIC ACTIVITY. |
