IT CONSISTS IN MAKING ESTER REACTIONS OF THE AMINO-CHRONIC ACID OF FORMULA (II) WITH BENCILIDEN-NITROACETONES OF FORMULA (III), TO OBTAIN DERIVATIVES OF THE 3-NITRO-DIHIDROPIRIDINE OF FORMULA (I) WHICH R1 AND R2 OUIDES MAY SUPPLY MEAN H, ALKYL WITH C 1 TO 4, ALCOXY WITH C 1 TO 2, HALOGENOALCOXY WITH C 1 TO 4, NITRO AND OTHERS; X MEANS OXYGEN OR SULFUR; A MEANS A HYDROCARBON REST OF LINEAR OR BRANCHED CHAIN, SATURATED OR UNSATURATED, WITH UP TO 12 CARBON ATOMS, WHICH IN CASE GIVEN CONTAINS ONE OR TWO CHAIN MEMBERS EQUAL OR DIFFERENT FROM THE GROUP FORMED BY O, S OR CO; AND R3 MEANS A REST OF THE GROUP FORMED BY -O-COR6, -S-CO-R6, SH, OH AND OTHERS.
