IS ACHIEVED BY POLYMERIZATION OF MONOETHYLENEICALLY UNSATURATED CARBOXYLIC ACIDS WITH 3 TO 5 ATOMS OF CARBON, EVENTUALLY WITH ETHYLINICALLY UNSaturated COPOLYMERIZABLE SOLUTIONS, SOLUTIONS, SOLUTIONS, AND SOLUTIONS TO OBTAIN COLORLESS SOLUTIONS, POLYMERIZATION IS CARRIED OUT IN THE PRESENCE OF INORGANIC PHOSPHORIC ACIDS. AMONG MONOMERS, MONOCARBOXYLIC ACIDS AND DICARNBOXYLICS ARE CONSIDERED; OF THE MONOMERS VINYL ACETATE, DIMETHYLAMINE ETHYL ACRYLATE, HYDROXYTHYL METHACRYLATE, HYDROXYPROPYL METHACRYLATE AND METHYL ACRYLATE ARE USED. THE POLYMERIZATION REGULATORS CONTAIN SH GROUPS IN A QUANTITY OF 0.5% TO 15% IN MONOMER WEIGHT. TEMPERATURES VARY BETWEEN 60J AND 160JC. AS INITIATORS, PEROXIDES, PERSULPHATES, HYDROPEROXIDES AND WATER-Soluble AZO-COMPOUNDS ARE USED. OF USE IN VARIOUS FIELDS. |
