PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING OPTICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTITUTED 1,4-DIHYDROPYRIDINES AND THEIR ACID ADDITION SALTS, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R, R1 AND R2 CAN BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS. IT INCLUDES THE REACTION, MOL TO MOL, OF A COMPOUND OF ILIDENE, OF FORMULA (II), WITH AN ESTER OF 3-AMINOCHROTONIC ACID, OF FORMULA (III), IN WHICH R4 MAY BE ONE OF SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS, AND R1 AND R2 HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN THE FORMULA (I); FOLLOWED BY THE SEPARATION OF AN OPTICALLY ACTIVE COMPOUND FROM THE MIX OF DIASTEREOMERS OBTAINED. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR CARDIOVASCULAR EFFECTS. |
