IT INCLUDES REACTING A LIQUID FATTY A-SULFOACID ESTER WITH A CARBONATE, SUCH AS SODIUM CARBONATE AND/OR BICARBONATE, SUCH AS SODIUM BICARBONATE, IN THE FORM OF SOLID POWDER THAT IS USED IN PROPORTION OF 1 TO 150 MOLES PER MOL OF ESTER USED, TO NEUTRALIZE SAID ESTER, CARRYING OUT THE REACTION IN A HEAVY SHEARING MACHINE OF THE CONTINUOUS OR DISCONTINUOUS TYPE, WITH A HIGH SHEARING FORCE FOR 1 TO 60 MINUTES AND AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 30 AND 90JC; WHERE, AFTER COOLING, THE NEUTRALIZATION PRODUCT IS ENEUCNETATED IN THE FORM OF A GRANULATED SOLID OR IN CLUBS, ALONE OR TOGETHER WITH OTHER COMPONENTS OF THE DETERGENT SUCH AS GLAUBERS SALT OR ZEOLITE, AND IS SPRAYED AT 1,500 M.
