METHOD TO PRODUCE A PYRIDINE DERIVATIVE. IT CONSISTS OF LEAVING A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) TO REACT WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (III) AND SUBMITTING THE REACTION PRODUCT TO OXIDATION, TO PRODUCE A PYRIDINE DERIVATIVE OF FORMULA (I), WHERE R1 IS H, METOXOMETI OR TRIFLUORINE; R2 AND R3 ARE INDEPENDENTLY H OR METHYL, R4 IS A C 2 TO 5 FLUORATED ALKYL; AND N MEANS 0 OR 1, ALSO BEING ABLE TO PREPARE A SALT OF THE SAME PHARMACOLOGICALLY ACCEPTABLE. THE REACTION TEMPERATURE IS INCLUDED BETWEEN 0 AND THE BOILING POINT OF THE SOLVENT USED, AND DURING A TIME BETWEEN 0.2 AND 24 HOURS. THEY ARE USED PHARMACEUTICALLY AS ANTIULCER AGENTS.- |
