PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF XANTINE DERIVATIVES. IT CONSISTS OF REACTING A FORMULA COMPOUND (II) IN WHICH ONE OF THE R1K, R2K OR R3K RADICALS IS A GROUP (VC1) - O (VC2) -ALKENYL OF THE FORMULA -CH2) N-CHFCH-R4 WITH OXIDIZING AGENTS WHICH CONTAIN PEROXIDE GROUPS IN A SUFFICIENT QUANTITY TO ACHIEVE COMPLETE OXIDATION AND OBTAIN XANTHINE DERIVATIVES FROM FORMULA (I) WHERE THE R1, R2 OR R3 RADICALS MEAN A STRAIGHT CHAIN ALCOHYL GROUP WITH C 4 TO 8 HYDRO GROUPS AND TWO GROUPS POSITION (V, V-1) OR (V-1, V-2). THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN C10JC AND THAT OF THE BOILING POINT OF A DISSOLVING OR DISTRIBUTION AGENT. THEY ARE USED FOR THE TREATMENT OF OBSTRUCTIVE DISEASES OF THE RESPIRATORY TRACT. |
