PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A POLYPEPTIDE IN PURE STATE, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R REPRESENTS HYDROGEN OR THE SO3H GROUP. IT CONSISTS OF THE SEPARATION OF THE POLYPEPTIDE FROM HELMINTHS OF THE ORDER OF THE GNATOBDELIDES OF THE GENUS HIRUDO, WITH THE FOLLOWING AMINO ACID COMPOSITION: 9 ASPARGINIC ACID, 5 TREONINE, 4 RESIN, 13 GLUTAMIC ACID, 2 VALIC, 6 PROLIN CYSTEINE, 2 ISOLEUCINE, 4 LEUCINE, 2 TYROSINE, 1 PHENYLALANINE, 3 LYSINE AND 1 HISTIDINE, WHERE THE OH GROUP OF ONE OF THE TIROSINE RADICALS CAN BE STERIFIED WITH SULFURIC ACID; THE SEPARATION IS MADE WITH THE HELP OF A COMBINATION OF CLASSIC METHODS. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR PROPHYLAXIS AND THERAPY OF THROMBO-EMBOLIC PROCESSES. |
