IT INCLUDES SELECTING A PROSTAGLANDIN FROM THE GROUP: PGF2ALFA, PGE2, PGD2, PGF1ALFA, PGE1, PGA1, PGI2, PGB1 AND ITS DERIVATIVES; ADD THIS TO A VEGETABLE OIL OF THE GROUP: SOYBEAN, COTTON SEEDS, SESAME, LETTER AND CORN; MIX THE RESULT WITH A PHOSPHATIDYLETHANOLAMINE-FREE PHOSPHOLIPID EMULSATOR, PREDOMINANTLY BEING PHOSPHATIDYLCHOLINE. THE SOLUTION IS HEATED TO 40-75JC AND A GROSS EMULSION IS FORMED BY ADDING WATER AND HEATING TO 20-80JC. IT IS HOMOGEINIZED BY PASSING THE EMULSION SEVERAL TIMES THROUGH TWO STAGES UNDER PRESSURE. STABILIZER, ISOTONING AGENT AND A COMPOUND OF HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT ARE ADDED.- |
