IT CONSISTS OF EXTRACTING THE TRIMETHYL PHOSPHATE, PLACING SAID PESTICIDE IN CONTACT WITH WATER IN A WATER EXTRACTION SYSTEM, UNTIL THE PESTICIDE REFINATE CONTAINS LESS THAN 1,000 PPM OF TRIMETHYL PHOSPHATE. THE PESTICIDE IS SELECTED AMONG 2,2-DICHLOROVINYL-DIMETHYL-PHOSPHATE, DIMETHYL-CIS-1-METHYL-2- (1-PHENYLETOXICARBONYL) -VINYL-PHOSPHATE, 1,2-DIBROMO-2,2-DICHLOROETHYL-DIMETHYL-PHYLOROETHYL-DIMETHYL , AND TRANS-2-CHLORO-1- (2,4,5-TRICHLOROPHENYL) -VINYL-DIMETHYL-PHOSPHATE. THE PROCESS IS CARRIED OUT AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDED BETWEEN 20 AND 30 DEGREES AND AT ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.
