PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING PIPERAZINE DERIVATIVES, FROM ITS SALTS WITH PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE ACIDS AND PRO-DRUGS OF THE SAME, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R1 AND R2 ARE HYDROGEN OR C1-3 ALKYL; X, A AND B MAY BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS; YN IS VALUE 1 OR 2. IT CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) WITH AN ESTER OF AN AMINO ACID OF FORMULA (III), OR WITH A CARBOXYL ACID OF FORMULA R4COOH, IN WHICH R4 CAN BE ONE OF SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS YA, BY R2 HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN FORMULA (I), OR WITH A REACTIVE CARBONYL COMPOUND, SUCH AS N, N-CARBONYLDIIMIDAZOLE, OR WITH AN ALKALINE METAL NITRITE. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN THE ABSENCE OR PRESENCE OF AN APPROPRIATE SOLVENT, AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDED BETWEEN AMBIENT AND THE BOILING TEMPERATURE OF THE SOLVENT USED. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS AS AGENTS TO REDUCE BLOOD TENSION. |
