abstract PROCEDURE TO PREPARE 5,11-DIHIDRO-11-1-METHYL-4-PIPERIDINYL) AMINO CARBONYL-6H-DIBENZOB, E-AZEPIN-6-ONA. IT CONSISTS IN REACTIONING A REACTIVE DERIVATIVE OF THE CARBOXYLIC ACID OF FORMULA (I) WITH 1-METHYL-4-AMINO-PIPERIDINE, TO OBTAIN 5,11-DIHYDRO-11-1-METHYL-4-PIPERIDINYL) 6-HINO-DIBENOBIN EAZEPIN-6-ONA, AND EVENTUALLY TRANSFORM THE PRODUCT OBTAINED IN ITS SALTS BY ADDITION OF INORGANIC OR ORGANIC ACIDS. THE REACTION IS EFFECTED IN AN INERT ORGANIC SOLVENT AND AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN THE ENVIRONMENT AND THE BOILING POINT OF THE REACTION MIXTURE, USING AS ETERES SOLVENT, SUCH AS DIOXANE, TETRAHYDROFURANE AND OTHERS. THEY ARE USED AS DRUGS FOR THEIR GASTRIC AND INTESTINAL PROTECTIVE EFFECT.
