PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING QUINOLONE- OR NAPHTHYRIDONACARBOXYL ACIDS. IT CONSISTS OF CYCLOCONDENSING DERIVATIVES OF THE AMINOACRYLIC ACID OF FORMULA (III) TO OBTAIN A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) AND SAPONIFYING THE ALCOXICARBONYL GROUP R2, TO OBTAIN QUINOLONE OR NAPHTHYRIDONACARBOXYL ACIDS (I) FORMULA. THE CYCLOCONEDENSATION IS CARRIED OUT IN THE PRESENCE OF A THINNER SUCH AS DIOXANE, DIMETHYLSULFOXIDE, N-METHYLPYRROLIDONE AND OTHERS, AND AT TEMPERATURES INCLUDED BETWEEN 60 AND 300JC AND BEING USED AS A CONDENSING AGENT FOR CARBOTO SODIUM OR SODIUM CYCLOCONDENSATE. THEY HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS AS INTERMEDIATE PRODUCTS FOR THE SYNTHESIS OF ANTIBACTERIAL DRUGS. |
