PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING DIHYDROPYRIDINE DERIVATIVES. IT CONSISTS OF REACTING A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA H2NNH-X WHERE X IS HO -CONH2, IN A FIRST OPERATION, AND WITH AN ALCALI, IN A SECOND OPERATION, TO OBTAIN DIHYDROPIRIDINE DERIVATIVES (FORMULA) I) WHERE R1 MEANS ONE OR TWO SUBSTITUTES, THE SAME OR DIFFERENT, IN THE PHENILIC RING, SELECTED FROM THE GROUP CONSISTING OF NO2, CL AND LOWER ALCOHYL. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN A SOLVENT MEDIUM WITH A HIGH BOILING POINT SUCH AS ETHYLENE GLYCOLS, OCTHYL ALCOHOL, BENZYL ALCOHOL OR TRIETHANOLAMINE, AND AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDED BETWEEN 180 AND 200JC. IT HAS PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES. |
