THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN A SOLVENT MEDIUM WITH A HIGH BOILING POINT SUCH AS ETHYLENE GLYCOLS, OCTHYL ALCOHOL, BENZYL ALCOHOL OR TRIETHANOLAMINE, AND AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDED BETWEEN 180 AND 200JC.
