IT CONSISTS IN SAPONIFICATION OF A 3-CIANO-1-ACETAMINOACETOFENONA DE FORMULA (II) WITH POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE, POTASSIUM METHANOLATE, IN THE PRESENCE OF METHANOL AS A POINT-TO-POINT TEMPERATURE FROM LA PUNTO OF REACTION, AND FROM THE REACTION MIXTURE, ISOLATE 3-CIANO-4-AMINOACETOPHENONES FROM FORMULA (I) IN WHICH R REPRESENTS AN ATOME OF HYDROGEN OR FLUORIDE; WHERE THE COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) IS INCORPORATED, AT 30 TO 50JC, IN A METHANOLIC SOLUTION OF POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE, THEN THE REACTION MIXTURE IS TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 40JC, AND IT IS ELIMINATED, ELIMINATED THE RESIDUE IS DISSOLVED IN WATER AND THE FINAL PRODUCT IS PRECIPED THROUGH ACIDIFICATION.
