IT INCLUDES: A) REACTING IN DMF, 2-HYDROXY-BENZIMIDAZOLE WITH 4-FLUOROBENZYL CHLORIDE IN THE PRESENCE OF CO3NA2 AND AT 75C DURING 12 TO 15 HOURS, THE MIXTURE IS POURED OVER WATER AND THE PRODUCT IS EXTRACTED WITH BENZYLENE, WHICH AT REDUCED PRESSURE, 1- (4-FLUOROBENZIL) -2-HYDROXY BENZIMIDAZOLE IS OBTAINED; B) TREAT, IN TOLUENE, XYLENE OR BENZENE, 4-AMINO-PIPERIDINE-CARBOXYLATE WITH THE COMPOUND OBTAINED IN A) IN THE PRESENCE OF ACETIC ACID AND KEEP AT REFLUX, WITH AN OIL BATH AT 125, EVAPORATE THE SOLVENT AT A REDUCED PRESSURE RESIDUAL 41- (4-FLUOROPHENYL-METHYL) 1H-BENZIMIDAZOL-2-ILAMINE-1-PIPERIDINE-CARBOXYLATE, BRH IS ADDED AND KEPT AT REFLUX FOR 2-3 HOURS, THE MIXTURE IS CONCENTRATED AT REDUCED PRESSURE AND THE RESIDUE TREATED WITH HOT ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, IT IS FILTERED AND CRYSTALIZED WITH METHYL-TERC BUTYL ETHER, OBTAINING 1- (P-FLUOROBENZIL) -2- (4-PIPERIDYL-AMINO) BENZIMIDAZOLE. 2HBR; C) CONDENSATE P-METOXY-PHENYL-ETHYL-METHANE-SULPHONATE IN HOT DMF (70-75C) WITH THE COMPOUND OBTAINED IN B), IN THE PRESENCE OF CO3NA2 AND IK, OBTAINING 1H-BENZIMIDAZOL-2-AMINO, 1- (4 -FLUOROPHENYL) METHYL-N-1-2- (4-METOXIFENIL) ETIL-4-PIPERIDINIL. |
