PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING DERIVATIVES OF PHENYL-3-PROPENE-2-AMINE AND ITS PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE SALTS, GEOMETRIC ISOMERS OF FORM Z, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH Y, A, R AND R1-R5 CAN BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA A-CO-R6 WITH A CARBANION OF FORMULA (II), IN WHICH R6 CAN BE ONE OF SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS, AND THE OTHER SYMBOLS HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN THE FORMULA (I). THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN INERT ORGANIC SOLVENT, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN -30 C AND -50 C. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR ANTIDEPRESSIVE PROPERTIES. |
