THESE INGREDIENTS ARE SUBMITTED TO A MIXING OPERATION UNTIL A HOMOGENEOUS MASS IS OBTAINED; SECOND, IT IS ADDED TO THE HOMOGENEOUS MASS BETWEEN 4 AND 30% OF ANHYDROUS DICALCIUM PHOSPHATE AND THE MIXING ACTION IS CONTINUED; THIRD, A SWEETENING AGENT IS FOLLOWED INTO THE HOMOGENEOUS DOUGH; AND FINALLY, AN AROMA AND FLAVOR AGENT IS ADDED TOGETHER WITH OTHER USUAL ADDITIVES.
