PROCEDURE FOR THE OBTAINING OF L-METHYLHYDANTOINASE ENZYME, ABLE TO HYDROLYZE METHYL HYDANTOINE IN THE PRESENCE OF A NUCLEOSIDOTRIFOSPHATE AND A POLYVALENT METAL ION. IT CONSISTS OF THE CULTIVATION OF ARTHROBACTER SPEC. DSM 2563, DSM 2564, MORAXELLA SPEC. DSM 2562, MICROCOCCUS SPEC. DSM 2565 O BREVIBACTERIUM SPEC. DSM 2843; FOLLOWING THE SEPARATION OF THE ENZYME, FOR WHICH THE MICROORGANISM IS DISGREGATED, THE ENZYME IS PRECIPITED BY THE ADDITION OF POLYETHYLENIMINE AND EVENTUALLY ENRICHED BY FRACTIONING WITH AMMONIC SULPHATE, A STAGE OF WARMING TO THE TEMPERATURE OF 50, AT THE ONE THAT THE ENZYME HAS GOOD STABILITY AND PURIFICATION BY CHROMATOGRAPHY. THESE ENZYMES HAVE APPLICATIONS IN ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY, FOR THE CLINICAL-CHEMICAL DIAGNOSIS. |
