abstract | PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A DERIVATIVE OF 2-PYRROLIDINONE. IT CONSISTS OF REACTING THE 4-METOXYBENZOIL CLIRIDE OF FORMULA (II) WITH THE D-AMINOBUTINIC ACID OF THE FORMULA NH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-COOH, TO OBTAIN THE FORMULA (III) BUTYRIC 4- (4-METOXYBENZOYLAMINE) ACID (III) AND OBTAIN A DERIVATIVE OF THE 2-PYRROLIDINONE OF FORMULA (I). THE REACTION IS EFFECTED IN THE PRESENCE OF AN AROMATIC HYDROCARBON SOLVENT AND IN THE PRESENCE OF A HYDROCHLORIC ACCEPTOR, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 40 AND 50 C AND IN CONTINUOUS AGITATION, WASHING AND CYCLING AT 140 C FOR 10 TO 12 HOURS, AND AFTER FILTERING, IT IS LEADED , IT IS WASHED AND DRIES AT 50-60 C. THEY ARE USED PHARMACOLOGICALLY FOR ITS ANTISENIL ACTIVITY, KNOWING THE MEDICATION UNDER THE NAME OF ANIRACETAM. |
