PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING THERMALLY STABLE AND HIGHLY FLUID POLYMER BASED POLYMERS IN THE MOLTEN STATE. IT CONSISTS OF: A) CHOOSING A THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER FROM BETWEEN POLYPHENYLENE OXIDE AND A POLYMERUCA POLYMERUCA BLEND WITH A STYRENE COPOLYMER; B) CHOOSING A STABILIZER SYSTEM CONSISTING OF 24-BIS(N-OCTYLTHIO)-6-(4-HYDROXY-35-DI-TER-BUTYLANILINO)-135-TRIAZINE AND BY DILAURYL TIOPROPIONATE; C) ADD THE STABILIZER SYSTEM TO THE THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER IN QUANTITY SUCH THAT EACH ONE OF THE COMPONENTS OF THE STABILIZER SYSTEM IS PRESENT IN AN AMOUNT OF 01 TO 3 PARTS BY WEIGHT PER 100 PARTS BY WEIGHT OF THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER; D) INTRODUCING THE ASSEMBLY OF STEP C) INTO A MIXING AND HOMOGENIZING APPARATUS SUCH AS A BALL MILL; E) AMALGAMING ALL OF STEP D) AT ROOM TEMPERATURE; AND F) UNLOADING THE MASS OBTAINED IN STEP E) IN POWDER FORM. |
