PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING CEPHALOSPORINS AND THEIR PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE SALTS OF FORMULA (I) IN WHICH A AND B ARE HYDROGEN OR TOGETHER FORM A DOUBLE LINK; AND R1-R6 CAN BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS. CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF ACILATION OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) WITH AN ANCILLATING AGENT OF FORMULA (III) OR AN ACTIVE DERIVATIVE OF THE SAME IN WHICH ALL THE SYMBOLS HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN THE FORMULA (I). THE ACILATION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN INERT COMMON ORGANIC SOLVENT IN THE PRESENCE OF A BASE AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN C20JC AND 60JC. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF BACTERIAL DISEASES. |
