PROCEDURE TO PREPARE NICKEL ILIDES CONSISTING OF: A) REACTING WITH A BASE SUCH AS AN ALKALINE METAL HYDROXIDE, AN ALCOXIDE AND OTHERS, A DIMETHAL SALT OF FORMULA (II) AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN AMBIENT TEMPERATURE AND 200J AT 48 HOURS, TO OBTAIN A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (III); AND B) REACT THE COMPOUND OF FORMULA (III) WITH A LIGAND OF FORMULA (IV) AND WITH A NICKEL COMPOUND OF VALENCIA ZERO, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN ROOM TEMPERATURE AND 100JC AND FOR A HALF HOUR TO ONE HOUR, TO OBTAIN A COMPOUND FORMULA (I).
