PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF FATTY BODIES OF RIBES GENDER Nuggets, FROM A VEGETABLE MATTER CONSTITUTED BY WASTE FROM THE PRODUCTION OF JUICES, JELLIES, JAM, SPIRITS, LIQUEURS OR SNAPS. IT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS: FIRST, THE VEGETABLE MATTER IS GRINDED , PREVIOUSLY DRIED; SECOND, THE GROUND VEGETABLE MATTER IS WASHED USING A POLAR SOLVENT OR A SUPERCRITICAL FLUID IN A POLAR STATE, TO GET RID OF WAXES, MOST COLORING SUBSTANCES AND FREE FATTY ACIDS; AND FINALLY, THE WASHED VEGETABLE MATTER IS SUBJECTED TO A CENTRIFUGATION PROCESS TO CONVERT IT INTO GRANULES OR BALLS. |
