PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ACID DERIVATIVES (2-NITRO-5-ARYLOXY-PHENYLAMINE) -ALKYL-PHOSPHONE, -PHOSPHINIC AND -PHOSPHONE, FROM FORMULA (I), IN WHICH M, N, PYQ ARE VALUE 0-3, 0 OR 1 AND 0 OR 1 RESPECTIVELY; AND X, Y, R AND R1-R6 CAN BE SEVERAL RADICALS; COMPOUNDS THAT HAVE APPLICATIONS IN HERBICIDAL AGENTS AND REGULATORS OF VEGETATION.
