abstract | METHOD TO ISOLATE SELECTED BACTERIAL STRAINS OF PSEUDOMONAS BACTERIA, WHICH HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DEGRADATE HALOGENATED AROMATIC COMPOUNDS, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS: FIRST, IT IS STARTED FROM A SAMPLE OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL BACTERIA FROM HALOGENATED HALOGENATED AROMATIC COMPOUNDS CONTAINING HALOGENATED BACTERIAL ENVIRONMENT CONTAINING HALOGENOUS BREEDING ENVIRONMENT CONTAINING BOTH BACTERIA PSEUDOMONAS, INCLUDING PUTIDA PSEUDOMONAS, DURING EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME; SECOND, THE PSEUDOMONES FROM THE SAMPLE ARE ISOLATED TO A MINIMUM MEDIUM CONTAINING L-TRYPTOPHANE AS THE SINGLE SOURCE OF CARBON ALONG WITH A SOURCE OF NITROGENO AND ESSENTIAL MINERALS; AND LASTLY, THE ISOLATED STRAINS ARE RE-ISOLATED IN L-TRYPTOPHANE, IN A SPACE CONFINED IN A MINIMUM MEDIUM THAT CONTAINS A HALOGENATED AROMATIC COMPOUND, INCLUDING THE HALOGENATED FORMA AROMATIC COMPOUND, AS THE SINGLE SOURCE OF CARBON. |
