IT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS: FIRST, IT IS INTRODUCED INTO A REACTIONAL CENTER, MAINTAINING INITIALLY AT A TEMPERATURE LESS THAN 20 DEGREES, A MIXTURE OF WATER AND A PART OF REACTIONAL POLYVINYL ALCOHOL; SECOND, AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF POLYVINYL ALCOHOL, CORRESPONDING TO THE COMPLEMENTARY PART OF THE POLYVINYL ALCOHOL TO BE USED IN THE REACTION, IS INTRODUCED INTO SAID REACTION CENTER; THIRD, A CURRENT INCLUDING BUTYR ALDEHYDE, AN EMULSIFYING AGENT AND AN ACID CATALYST IS INTRODUCED INTO THE REACTION CENTER; AND FINALLY, THE REACTIONAL MIXTURE IS REFRIGERATED DURING THE PROCESS SO THAT THE TEMPERATURE DOES NOT EXCEED 40 DEGREES. |
