PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING A METALLIC SALT FROM A CATION CONTAINING PHOSPHORUS, ARSENIC OR ANTIMONIUM, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH F IS PHOSPHORUS, ARSENIC OR ANTIMONIUM; X IS HALOGEN, TOSYL, OR ACETATE; M IS OXYGEN OR SULFUR; AND R1, R2, R3, R7 AND R8 CAN BE SEVERAL RADICALS. IT CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF A SULPHONATED LIGAND OF FORMULA (II) WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (III), IN WHICH ALL THE SYMBOLS HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN THE FORMULA (I). THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN A HYDROCARBON SOLVENT, SUCH AS TOLUENE OR TETRAHYDROFURANE, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 20JC AND 200J. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE APPLICATIONS AS CATALYST FOR THE OLIGOMERIZATION OF ETHYLENE. |
