A PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF PIPERACINIC DERIVATIVES OF THEOBROMINE. TWO MOLECULAR FRACTIONS ARE REACTIVELY COUPLED THROUGH THE PIPERACINIC RING (II), ONE OF THEM BEARING THE THEOBROMINE GROUP (TH B) AND THE OTHER PORTABLE GROUP . TO DO THIS, A THB- (CH2) 2-A- COMPOUND IS REACTED WITH THE COMPOUND (III). IF THE COMPOUND OBTAINED (I) IS DESIRED, IT CAN BE TRANSFORMED BY OXIDIZING THE Z, AND / OR Z2 GROUPS, STERIFYING THEM OR HYDROLYZING THEM.
