PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING TWO SUBSTITUTED ALCOHYLTIOACILAMINOACI AND ITS SALTS, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R4 IS HYDROGEN OR METHYL; AND X, R1, R2 AND R3 CAN BE VARIOUS TYPES OF RADICALS. IT CONSISTS IN THE RELATIONSHIP OF A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (II) WITH A COMPOUND OF FORMULA (III), IN WHICH ALL SYMBOLS HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN FORMULA ( I), IN THE MOLAR RATIO 2:1. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN AQUEOUS OR ORGANIC SOLVENT, AT A PH BETWEEN 6 AND 14, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN C80JC AND 150JC. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS DUE TO THEIR EFFECTS AND VASODILATORS. |
