PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ALCOHYLTIOACILAMINOACI TWO AND ITS SALTS, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R1, R2, R3, R4 AND X MAY BE VARIOUS TYPES OF RADICALS. IT CONSISTS IN THE REACTION OF A SUBSTITUTED ALCOHYLTIOCARBOXYLIC ACID OF FORMULA (II) , WITH AN AMINO ACID OF FORMULA (III), IN WHICH ALL SYMBOLS HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN FORMULA (I). THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN THE PRESENCE OF CARBOXYL AND COPULATION ACTIVATING AGENTS. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS DUE TO THEIR HYPOTENSIVE EFFECT. |
