PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING DERIVATIVES OF 4-PHENYL- -QUINAZOLINE AND ITS SALTS WITH PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE ACIDS, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R CAN BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS AND R IS HYDROGEN, CHLORINE OR FLUORINE. IT CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF A 6-CHLORO-4-PHENYL-2-QUINAZOLONE WITH PHOSPHORUS OXYCHLORIDE, AT A TEMPERATURE INCLUDED BETWEEN 60 C AND 120 C; FOLLOWED BY THE TREATMENT OF THE PRODUCT OBTAINED WITH AN AMINE OF FORMULA R H, IN WHICH R HAS THE SAME MEANING AS IN FORMULA (I), IN AN INERT SOLVENT, SUCH AS ETHANOL AT THE SOLVENT BOILING TEMPERATURE. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS DUE TO THEIR ANTI-CONFUSION ACTIVITY. |
