PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING DERIVATIVES OF 1,2,5-OXADIAZOL-3,4-DICARBOXYL ACID AND ITS PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE ACID ADDITION COMPOUNDS OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH R AND R CAN BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS. CONSISTS OF THE REACTION OF A 1,2,5-OXADIAZOL-3,4-BIS-CARBOXYL ACID ESTER, OF FORMULA (II) WITH AN AMINE OF FORMULA R NH ORR NH, IN WHICH R IS ALKYL C <-, YR, RYR MAY BE SEVERAL TYPES OF RADICALS. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN A SUITABLE SOLVENT OR DISPERSANT, OR MIXTURES OF THE SAME, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN -10 C AND 120 C. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OF THE CHEST AND ANGINA. |
