PROCEDURE FOR THE OBTAINING OF BENZOXAZOLES AND BENZOTIAZOLES, AS WELL AS THEIR OPTIMALLY ACTIVE ANTIPODAS AND THEIR SALTS OF ADDITION OF ACIDS AND PHYSIOLOGICALLY COMPATIBLE BASES, OF FORMULA (I), IN WHICH X IS OXYGEN OR SULFUR; R AND R ARE HYDROGEN OR ALCOHYL C <003> AND R MAY BE ONE OF SEVERAL RADICALS. IT CONSISTS IN THE REACTION OF HYDRAZINE WITH CARBOXYLIC ACIDS OF FORMULA (II), IN WHICH X, R, R AND R HAVE THE SAME MEANING AS IN FORMULA (I), OR WITH THEIR ANHYDRIDES ESTERS, THIOESTERS, IMIDAZOLIDES OR HALOGENES. THE REACTION IS CARRIED OUT IN AN INERT SOLVENT, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN ACID CONDENSING AGENT, AT A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 0 <025> C AND 200 <025> C. THESE COMPOUNDS HAVE PHARMACOLOGICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THEIR CARDIOTONIC, HYPOTENSIVE AND / OR ANTITHROMBOTIC EFFECTS. |
